I was right last night, I did wind up having a Clementine before we left to go out.
I stuck to drinking just water last night. It was a really fun night though, I do really have an amazing group of friends. Here’s a pictures one of our friends took of Andrew and I last night. Clearly I wasn’t impressed with whatever Andrew was saying.
After getting home from the bar last night I was on the computer reading some blogs, when the computer screen shut off and then came back all funky. Andrew described it as looking like the pattern on a flannel shirt. After trying a new monitor from my dad we discovered it wasn’t the monitor it was the video card. My dad should be stopping by to fix it tomorrow. Luckily if there’s one thing we have a lot of in the apartment it’s computers, in addition to our desktop, I have a work laptop, and Andrew has a laptop. I’m on his laptop now and after struggling with trying to get my pictures loaded I’m finally ready to post today’s eats so far.
This morning I drove Andrew to work (one of his tires has a slow leak and needs to be fixed, it’s currently in his parents driveway) then I went to my parents house to visit again. We got a late start to the morning but I packed up my breakfast to eat at my parents house.
Another clementine, peach Chobani (my favorite!) and a little less then 1/2 of the chocolate brownie cliff bar. Delicious breakfast! Peach, vanilla, and plain are the only flavored Chobani, I can find around here, but luckily I like all 3.
After breakfast I had to go to my chiropractor appointment. I was in a car accident back in July, and have been going ever since. A woman ran a red light and hit my car, it spun my car around 180 degrees. Luckily we were both okay, but unfortunately I’ve had neck and back problems ever since. I’m feeling much better now (after over 65 visits to the chiropractor) but I still have to go twice a week. He referred me to get acupuncture, and I made an appointment for Monday evening.
Does anyone have any experience with acupuncture? I know it will be fine but I’m still really nervous.
After that I picked up Andrew from work and we came home for lunch. I decided to have some left over chili from last night. I added some more spices today and I think it came out a lot better. I have a few ideas for the next time we make it. On the side for some crunch I had a romaine lettuce salad with lite Caesar dressing.
Same as yesterday just not over the noodles.
Yum. I love romaine lettuce it’s definitely my favorite base for a salad.
Andrew and I just decided what we are going to have for dinner, and I’m excited. Hope you’re enjoying your Saturday!
