A Case of the Mondays

With the weather fluctuating again I am in some serious pain when it comes to sinus pressure.  It’s bad enough that’s it’s making me a tiny bit nauseous.  I feel like I complain about sinus pressure a lot so I’m going to move right along to my eats today.

For breakfast I had some overnight oats, this contained, 1/2 a cup oats, 1/2 a cup skim milk, 1 teaspoon water, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and 1/2 a banana.  Oh and of course peanut butter!

I think I like overnight oats more then any other kind of oats.

For lunch I had the last 2 of the lasagna rollups.

Around 3 I snacked on 2 clementines.

For dinner I had a Dr. Praeger’s California Veggie Burger for the first time.

I was surprised that I could see all the veggies in there.  It was really delicious.  Probably my favorite veggie burger that I’ve ever had.  I topped it with Organic ketchup.

I also had a side salad of just romaine lettuce.

And a part skim mozzarella string cheese.

I feel like such a downer today but I’m really not feeling good.  I know it’s just my sinuses and not my sister’s flu or anything.  I just hope this goes away quickly.

I think I’m off to lay in bed now, I don’t like to complain but all I can think about is this darn headache, I can’t even think of other things to post about.  I hope you all have a great night, and I’m hoping my headache is gone tomorrow, although it seems the weather is going to be kinda wacky for a few days so it could potentially last for awhile yikes!!!
